Founder and Principal
Steven Lamour is the Founder and Principal of Struxenn. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University and served as a U.S. House Legislative Fellow.
His work spans federal, state, and local government, with focused expertise in AI and emerging technology policy, market entry strategy, and regulatory navigation.
Every Struxenn engagement is handled directly by Steven. Clients get the principal, not a team member.
